Whether you're looking for a spot near the parade route to grab food, sip a cocktail, or catch live music—we’ve got you covered. Welcome to the jungle. Keep Palm & Carry On is our not-so-subtle reminder that chaos is best handled with rum in hand. A blend of Planteray Pineapple and Smith & Cross Jamaican rums set the base—bold, unapologetic, and just a little wild. Luxardo Bitter Bianco and Giffard Caribbean Pineapple add layered sweetness and bite, while tiki bitters make it feel like you're sipping something sacred beneath the canopy. Warm yet refreshing. Dangerously composed.

Every Wednesday night from 7–10PM, head down to the Rabbit Hole for live jazz in downtown Salt Lake with the always-smooth Flamingo Jazz. Our main floor features live music every single night, showcasing some of Utah’s best local talent in an intimate setting. And if your vibe leans more DJ than jazz trio, our upstairs venue Church transforms into a high-energy cocktail club every Thursday through Saturday from 10PM to 1AM.
