Nothing at your average bar prepared you for these cocktails. From the curious to the unexpected, the full rotating drink menu for this pop-up is a Wonderland in its own right — think Cheshire Grins, Mad Hatter gone madder, and sips that arrive in ways that defy explanation. The food is every bit as mad as the cocktails. For our final two pop-up dates, you're treated to a curated menu built around the theme — small bites and shareable courses designed to anchor your table across the experience. From sweet to savory, there's nothing accidental here — every element earns its place at the table.

The decor, props, and moments built into the space pull you away from Salt Lake and drop you somewhere else entirely. Guests from Alice in Wonderland productions are on the walls, characters appear on pages of the menu, and every element is considered.
